Bluewings Travels requires qualified customer care representative to fill this role:
CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing help and advice to customers using organisation's products or services
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or longstanding problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
Other duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a Degree in a relevant field
1-3 years' experience
