Qualification
B.Eng with 5 years Work experience
Roles and Responsibilities
*. Plans and schedules factory production activity in consideration to
sales forecasts, market trends, materials availability, factory
production constraints to result in optimized efficiency and balanced
inventories.
*. Prepare and analyse machine down time records, identify problematic
areas and create Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan and Maintenance
Check list for all equipment in Make Pack and Dust Unit and coordinate
its implementation
*. Monitor performance of machines, effectiveness of maintenance
activity and review maintenance check list for continual improvement.
*. Collect and maintain accurate daily production data for inventory
control and performance analysis
*. Data collected include: Daily FG movement(produced, delivered and
available stocks),machine efficiency, productivity, reject rate, waste
rate, technical efficiency and machine utilizationPrepare overall
performance report of the machine on a daily, monthly and yearly
basis.
